Million Dollar Mile
In 2003, 164 miles of the Tahoe Rim Trail were successfully adopted leaving one available mile; the Million Dollar Mile. This mile is located at the highest point along the Tahoe Rim Trail near Relay Peak at over 10,300 feet above sea level. It is between the Tahoe Meadows and Brockway summit trailheads in Northern California and Nevada.
